MY WC TEAMS: ARGENTINA

Argentina is in Group B along with Nigeria, Korea Republic and Greece. I don't care about any of the other teams except Argentina, so I do hope the albiceleste can finish first.

Below is a picspam of the players called up by Coach Maradona. Some strange choices, but it is 'his' team and so the world will have to wait a few weeks and see how it does.

First up is #1 goalkeeper Sergio Romero.

LA LIGA: WE KNOW WHO'S GOING DOWN...BUT WHO'S COMING UP?

I'm sorry for Valladolid, Tenerife and Xerez, who were officially relegated today, the last day of the regular season. But of course I was curious about who was coming up from the Liga Adelante so I checked. They have 5 games to go in that league, but the standings as of this week have Real Sociedad in first place, followed by Levante and FC Cartagena. Close behind are Hercules and Betis, who still have a chance of coming up. So that fight will be interesting to watch as well. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm thrilled by the possibility of Real Sociedad coming up again. I really liked that team. :) I'll be watching.
